Upon receipt of your order, you will be notified by email as to the shipping status.   You will receive a formal receipt by email as well.  Because each item is handcrafted or involves some time to put together,  orders may be shipped within 7-10 business days.  If  the item(s) you request are already in stock, your order will be shipped the following business day.

Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover are gladly accepted, as are checks and money orders. If paying by check or money order, please make payable and send to:

* Please allow up to 10 business days for check to clear.  Your order will be completed in the meantime, however, so there may not even be a delay in shipping.

If for any reason you are not happy with what you receive, please contact me immediately so that a refund check may be issued and arrangements made to send back the unwanted item (does not include shipping charges).  Special order items may not be returned or exchanged. 

    Refunds & exchanges will be processed up to 30 days from delivery date.

Sorry, at this time I cannot completely process International orders through my Shopping Cart due to inaccurate shipping charges.  You may, however, place your order and upon receipt, the shipping charge can be calculated and emailed to you for your approval.  Upon approval, your card will be charged for the merchandise, plus actual shipping costs by either UPS or USPS, which ever costs less.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of all International shipments.
